VISIT Easingwold- Yorkshire at its best

The new visitor centre at Ampleforth Abbey opened today at 10.00am.

Entry is free and the centre explains the history of the abbey, the life of the Benedictine’s. It contains interpretation panels and some interactive elements for children.

 The visitor centre is in building number 32, Alban Roe House. There is parking right beside the building as well as on the way down snake drive.
