Meadowcroft Bed and Breakfast in Thirsk

DESCRIPTION

Sue and Simon welcome you to Meadowcroft bed & breakfast is situated a short walk away from the bustling ancient  market square in Thirsk, with its range of independent shops, bars and restaurants.

Built during the Art Deco period in 1937, Meadowcroft is a large and comfortable family home. The house retains many of its original features and is set in over half an acre of well stocked mature gardens.

We currently have two letting bedrooms available - one super kingsize en-suite, and one double with large private bathroom. Each room has a comfortable bed with superb Vi-spring mattress, a flat screen TV & DVD + remote control. Our table radios are Henry Kloss-Model 1 by Tivoli Audio. Other standard equipment in each room includes a hairdryer and a hospitality tray (tea / coffee etc). See our website for further details.

FREE WIFI internet access is available at Meadowcroft

We use local suppliers eg, Haighs dry cured bacon and 'Doreens award winning black pudding' and where possible all of our ingredients are sourced locally, even the eggs come from our own 'girls' at the top of our garden. We also make our own bread and preseves.

Meadowcroft B&B is located a 10 minutes walk, in a southerly direction, from the market square of Thirsk, along the B1448 - Topcliffe Road.
